Care Show Birmingham · NEC, Birmingham · Stand D41 · 7–8 Oct 2026 · For exhibitors and suppliers
Selling to care providers? We built the CRM for that.
You and we are talking to the same 4,500 people this October. OroMiQ is a CRM for teams that sell into UK care: every registered care location in England as a prospect list, with the regulator's own record on each. Prospect by rating and region, hear about a manager change or a new registration before your competitors do, and run your outbound desk from the same screen.
Say hello on stand D41 at the NEC on 7 and 8 October 2026. Then book a call for after the show and we will get you started properly.
For fellow exhibitors
Start your account during the show, then book a call for the week after. We will load your target list together, ratings and all, so you start the quarter with a working pipeline.
Tell us you are exhibiting when you sign up. Say hello on the stand, and book the call for when the show is over.
The short version
Three things it does for a team selling into care.
The whole market, as a list
More than 15,000 registered care locations in England, each with its live CQC rating, all five key questions and the full inspection history. Filter by rating, region, service type and inspection age, then add the ones you want to your pipeline in one click.
Hear about change first
A rating that drops, a manager who leaves, a home that registers, an inspection that lands. Watch a radius, a local authority or one home, and the signal reaches your queue the day it happens.
Run the outbound desk
Worklists for callers, a call screen with the home’s record beside it, follow-ups that chase themselves, email sequences, quotes and invoices. The pipeline and the money in one place.
Which are you?
The page written for what you sell.
An accountant buys on Companies House and a consultant buys on the inspection record. Each of these pages leads with the signals that matter to you.
Accountants and advisers
Overdue filings, charges, insolvency notices and new incorporations across the care operators in your patch, as a prospect list and an early warning.

Recruiters and staffing agencies
Manager changes, new registrations and homes under regulatory pressure, as placement signals, beside the worklists and terms of business your desk already runs on.

Laundry, catering and facilities
New homes in your radius, bed counts, kitchen hygiene ratings and group ownership, so you find the sites that need you and win the group, not just the home.

Care consultants and trainers
Requires Improvement and Inadequate lists by domain and region, rating drops the day they happen, and the engagement, evidence room and mock inspection to deliver the work.

Prospecting
Find the homes that need you, before they know they do.
Whatever you sell, the regulator's record tells you who is likely to need it. A home rated Requires Improvement on Safe needs training and consultancy. A home with a new manager needs everything at once. A group opening its sixth home needs suppliers who can scale.
- Filter every registered location by rating, key question, region, service type and inspection age
- Pull a live list of homes rated Requires Improvement or Inadequate, or homes whose last inspection is years old
- See the full inspection history, domain by domain, before you pick up the phone
- Benchmark a prospect against its regional peers so your opening line is about them, not you
- Add any home to your pipeline in one click, with its record already attached
Prospects: residential, West Midlands
Rated Requires Improvement or changed in the last 90 days

Rating changes, manager changes, new registrations. On the day.
Most suppliers hear about a home's bad inspection when the provider calls, months later. OroMiQ watches the public record for you and turns each change into an item in your queue, with the reason attached.
- Watch a local authority, a radius around your base, or one home you care about
- Signals for rating moves in either direction, new inspection reports, registration changes and manager changes
- Inspection-due and regression-risk flags on homes that have been quiet too long
- Companies House on the operator behind the home: group structure, directors, charges, and insolvency notices from The Gazette
- Every signal lands as a task for someone, so it is acted on rather than read
The outbound desk
A calling team's day, without the spreadsheets.
Worklists per caller, the home's full record beside the call screen, outcomes that route the next step, and a manager view of what is moving. Then the quote, the invoice and the signed agreement from the same record.
- Worklists per agent and per team, with callbacks and outcomes that decide what happens next
- An inbound lookup that finds the caller’s home by phone number or postcode as they speak
- Email sequences with branches, business-day waits and a hard do-not-contact guard on every send
- Web forms for your own site, or for capturing leads on your stand, that land straight on the board
- Quotes, invoices with real ageing, and e-signed agreements, so the deal closes where it started
Two days on a stand produces a lot of business cards. Ours land on the board before you get home.

We are the layer above your care system, not a replacement for it.
Care planning, eMAR, rostering and clinical records are your ground and we stay off it. OroMiQ handles who is coming in, who refers them, how the home bills for it and how ready it is for inspection. Your customers ask for that layer; we would rather build the join than compete for the screen.
Front of house
Enquiries, families, referrers and commissioners on one board, from first call to admission. The part before your care plan starts.
The money
Fee schedules, invoices to families and funders, payment behaviour by payer, and e-signed placement agreements.
The join
A public API so admissions, residents and documents can flow into your system rather than being typed twice. Come and talk to us about what you would want from it.
Data layers
CQC is the first layer. It is not the only one.
Every company in your CRM can be enriched from public UK datasets you switch on when they help. The layers are free on every plan; you pay for the people who use the system.
- CQC: ratings, key questions, inspection history and change alerts across England
- Care Inspectorate Scotland: grades and change signals as their own layer
- Companies House: filings, officers, people with significant control and charges on the operators
- The Gazette: insolvency and winding-up notices the day they are published
- Food Standards Agency hygiene ratings, EPC bands and ICO registration status where they matter to your pitch
Pricing
From £19 per user a month, inc. VAT.
You pay for the people who use it. The data layers, CQC included, are free on every plan. The calling desk, sequences and finance are packs you add when you need them. Prices include VAT.
What other exhibitors ask us.
We already have a CRM. Why would we move?
You may not need to move. Teams often start with the data layers and the prospecting, load the results into the pipeline, and find the rest follows. If you do keep your existing CRM, the register and the signals are still worth ten minutes on the stand.
Where does the care data come from?
The Care Quality Commission’s public regulatory data for England, more than 15,000 registered locations, refreshed continuously. Scotland comes from the Care Inspectorate. Operator data comes from Companies House and The Gazette. All public, all licensed for this use, all attributed on screen.
We sell to homecare and supported living too, not just care homes.
The register covers every registered location and service type: residential, nursing, domiciliary, supported living, and the GP and dental practices on the same list. Filter by the service types you sell to.
We are a care software company. Are you a competitor?
No. We do not do care planning, medication, rostering or clinical records, and we are not going to. We are the enquiry, relationship and money layer above your system, and we would like the two to talk to each other.
What happens with the leads we collect at the show?
Send us the list after the show, in any format, and book a call. We load it into your account, match each home to its register entry, and you start with a pipeline that already knows who is rated what.
