Your enquiries, your families and your CQC picture, in one place.
OroMiQ is a CRM built for care providers. Every enquiry, family, referrer and professional contact lives in one system, and every record is enriched with live public data, starting with your own CQC ratings and the ratings of the homes around you. So you always know what needs doing next, and why.
Come and find us at the NEC on 7 and 8 October 2026. Scan, start your account, and we will pick it up with you at the stand.

The short version
Three things it does for a care provider.
One place for every enquiry
Web forms, phone calls and walk-ins all land on the same board, anchored to the person who made the enquiry, with the next action attached.
Your CQC picture, live
Link your homes once. Ratings, all five key questions, full inspection history and change alerts stay current without anyone maintaining a spreadsheet.
Audits you run yourself
Mock inspections, medicines, IPC and safeguarding audits, scored by a confidence engine that turns weak areas into a prioritised action plan.
From first enquiry to move-in day
Nothing sits in one person’s inbox.
An enquiry is a family at a difficult moment, and the home that answers first usually wins. OroMiQ gives every enquiry a place to live, a person attached to it and a next action, from the first call to the day someone moves in.
- Enquiry forms on your own website drop straight onto the board as a card, with a task already attached
- A shared front desk: unclaimed enquiries sit in one pool anyone on shift can pick up
- Every enquiry is anchored to the person who made it, whether that is a daughter, a social worker or a discharge team
- Families book their own tour from a public booking page, against your real availability and buffers
- Email and postal follow-up sequences that wait for working days, skip bank holidays and stop the moment someone replies
- One action queue across the team: calls to make, tours to confirm, paperwork to chase
- Calls, notes, emails and documents all sit on the same record, so cover is a handover, not an archaeology dig
Set it up with your own enquiries in it.

- Full inspection history, domain by domain, back through time
- Inspection due warnings as a home approaches the 24 month mark
- Registration changes and registered manager changes as they land

Know your market as well as you know your building.
The same data layer that watches your homes watches everyone else’s. That is market intelligence you can act on: who is struggling, who has just opened, and where you sit among the homes families are comparing you against.
- Benchmarks against your region, your local authority peers filtered to your service type, and your own portfolio
- A rating ladder and distribution: exactly where you sit among the homes in your local authority
- Watch a specific competitor, or a whole area, and get told when anything changes
- Radius watch areas picked by postcode, out to fifty miles
- Alerts when a nearby home drops to Inadequate, when a new registration opens, and when one closes
- Every hit lands in an inbox you triage: new, seen, actioned, dismissed. No record has to be created first
- Look back in time: your performance and your benchmarks as they stood at any date

Start free trial→Assessments
Audit yourself before anyone else does.
Ratings are years old and the framework keeps moving, so self-assessment is the one lever you actually control. OroMiQ Assessments is a full quality-assurance cycle built for registered managers, not a checklist bolted on to a sales tool.
- Eighteen ready-made templates drawn from a bank of over five hundred questions
- The monthly cycle: medicines, infection prevention and control, safeguarding, environment walkabouts
- Spot checks including a night visit check and a weekend activity check
- Specialist reviews for dementia, end of life, dignity, learning disabilities and the kitchen
- The inspection prep set: full pre-inspection baseline, mock inspection, governance and quality review, new manager baseline
- A confidence engine that weighs evidence quality, coverage depth, assessor experience and regional inspection behaviour
- Best, likely and worst case projections, plus an action matcher that turns weak domains into a prioritised plan
Run your first mock inspection this week.
Start free trial→The paperwork
Close the loop without leaving the system.
The agreement, the signature, the invoice and the file all belong to the same relationship, so they live on the same record rather than in four different places.
- Author an agreement in app with merge fields, or start from your own template
- Place signature fields on the rendered PDF and send it to the family to sign, with a completion certificate at the end
- A drift guard that tells you if the document changed after the fields were placed
- Quotes, invoices, recurring invoices, credit notes and an automatic reminder ladder
- A document store with folders, previews, retention rules and a bin
- Secure rooms when you need to share a set of documents with someone outside the organisation
Get your templates in and try it.

Public data, doing the checking for you.
OroMiQ enriches your records with public UK datasets. You switch on the ones that help and ignore the rest, and they are included at no extra cost on every plan.
- Companies House and the Gazette: check the agency, the caterer or the maintenance contractor before you sign, and get told if one of them heads for insolvency
- Food hygiene ratings from the Food Standards Agency, across your own kitchens and your area
- EPC bands across your estate, which matters as the minimum standards tighten
- ICO registration lapses, yours and your suppliers
- Care Inspectorate Scotland grades if you operate north of the border, as its own layer alongside CQC for England
- The CRM works perfectly well with none of them switched on. They are enrichment, never a requirement
Switch the layers you want on.
Start free trial→Pricing
From £19 per user a month, inc. VAT.
You pay for the people who use it, not for the homes you run. The data layers, CQC included, are free on every plan. Prices include VAT.
OroMiQ augments professional judgement. It is not a replacement for audits or inspections.
What people ask us on the stand.
We run one home. Is this too much for us?
No. A single home uses the same system a group does: one board for enquiries, one place for families and professionals, your own CQC record tracked for you, and the audit templates. You pay per user, so a small team pays a small amount.
We run several homes. Does that work?
Yes. Every home you operate goes into the same account, and the benchmarks, alerts and manager view all work across the portfolio. Pricing is per user rather than per home.
Where does the CQC data come from?
The Care Quality Commission’s public regulatory data for England, covering more than 15,000 registered locations. OroMiQ tracks the overall rating and all five key questions, plus the full inspection history. If you operate in Scotland, Care Inspectorate grades come in as their own separate layer.
Do we have to use the CQC layer?
No. OroMiQ is a CRM first. The pipeline, the contacts, the follow-ups, the documents and the invoicing all work with no data layers switched on at all. The layers are optional enrichment you turn on when they help.
Does it replace audits or inspections?
No. It gives you the data, the structure and the scoring, and the professional judgement stays with you and your team.
Can we get our existing enquiries and contacts in?
Yes. Import what you already have, add records by hand, or capture them from a form on your own website. Nothing needs to be linked to a public dataset before it can exist.
What happens after the show?
