Serving care · for accountancy, insolvency and credit firms with care clients
Every care client’s filing record, beside the client.
A CRM for firms whose care work follows the public record: accounts and confirmation statements overdue, charges registered, insolvency notices and new incorporations, on the operators you already act for and the ones you want to.
Who it's for
For accountancy, insolvency and credit firms with care clients
- Accountancy practices with a care or healthcare client base
- Insolvency and restructuring specialists
- Credit, invoice finance and asset finance teams lending into care
- Payroll and outsourced finance providers to care groups
What the record tells you
Accounts overdue
Every care operator whose accounts or confirmation statement are past due, with the due date and the last made-up date. An overdue filing is a firm that needs help this month, not a cold call.
Charges and lenders
Registered charges show who is lending to an operator and when. A new charge is a refinance under way; a satisfied one is a relationship that just ended.
Insolvency notices
Winding-up petitions, administrations and strike-off notices from The Gazette, the day they are published, matched to the operator and to every home it runs.
New operators
A newly incorporated company that goes on to register a care location has no accountant yet. You hear about the registration the day the regulator lists it.
A week on the CRM
From the register to the paid invoice
The CRM comes first. The layers make the list, the signals and the opening line; the pipeline, the calls, the contract and the invoice are where the work happens.
Overdue filings become a call list
Filter the register by region and overdue status, add the operators to a pipeline stage, and work them from the calling cockpit with the filing history on screen.
Warn before you extend credit
Link each client to Companies House and watch it. A Gazette notice, a director change or a new charge lands in your action queue with the reason attached.
Win new operators first
New incorporations and new care registrations in your area raise a signal as the registers update. A short email sequence reaches them before they have chosen a firm.
Engagement letters that sign themselves
Quote the work, turn it into an engagement letter signed online, and bill it as a recurring invoice. Time and expenses sit on the same client record.

Questions we hear from accountants and advisers
Is the Companies House data live?
It is the public register, refreshed as filings land. Overdue flags, due dates, officers, charges and people with significant control are read from the register, not typed in, and every field says where it came from.
Can we bring our existing client list?
Yes. Import it, match each client to its company number, and the filing record and any Gazette notices attach to the client automatically. Unmatched rows are shown to you, never guessed.
Do we need the CQC layer at all?
Not to start. It is free and optional. Firms tend to switch it on later because a rating drop often precedes a cash problem, and because it shows how many homes an operator runs before the first meeting.
