Serving care · for laundry, catering, cleaning and facilities services to care

Every home in your radius, and the group behind it.

A CRM for the services that keep a care home running, enriched with the register: new homes opening in your patch, the size of each, the food hygiene rating on its kitchen, and the group that owns it, so one contract can become ten sites.

Who it's for

For laundry, catering, cleaning and facilities services to care

  • Commercial laundry and linen services
  • Contract catering and food supply to care
  • Cleaning, waste, pest control and grounds maintenance
  • Fit-out, equipment and maintenance contractors

What the record tells you

New homes opening

A newly registered home needs laundry, catering, cleaning and maintenance before its first resident arrives. The register lists it the day it registers, with its address and bed count.

Size and service type

Bed count, service type and specialisms are on the record. Size the contract before the visit and skip the homes too small for your minimum.

The kitchen’s hygiene rating

Care home kitchens carry a food hygiene rating. A low or slipping rating is an opening for catering, cleaning and equipment conversations with a reason attached.

One group, many sites

Companies House shows the operator behind each home and every other home it runs. Win the group and the pipeline fills itself.

A week on the CRM

From the register to the paid invoice

The CRM comes first. The layers make the list, the signals and the opening line; the pipeline, the calls, the contract and the invoice are where the work happens.

Watch a radius

Draw a radius around each depot. New registrations, ownership changes and kitchen rating moves inside it raise a signal in your action queue.

From one home to the group

Link a customer to its operator and see every other home it runs. Add them to the pipeline in one click with the parent relationship already recorded.

Service contracts and recurring invoices

Quote per site, turn the quote into a service contract signed online, and bill it monthly. Visit history and issues sit on the site record.

Know who you are dealing with

The Gazette warns you the day an operator heads for insolvency, before you extend credit or renew a contract.

Pricing

From £19 per user a month, inc. VAT.

You pay for the people who use it. The data layers are free on every plan. The calling desk, sequences and finance are packs you add when you need them. Prices include VAT.

Questions we hear from laundry, catering and facilities

We serve care homes and also restaurants and schools. Is this care only?

No. Care is one layer. The same CRM carries the food hygiene register for every food business in England, and you can run any customer on it with no layers at all.

Are bed counts and kitchen ratings really on the record?

Yes. Bed count and service type come from the care regulator’s public data; the hygiene rating comes from the Food Standards Agency register, matched by premises. Both are shown with their source and date.

Can we import our current sites?

Yes. Import them, match each to its registered location, and the record, the rating and the owning group attach automatically. Unmatched rows are flagged, not guessed.
