How do I create my account?

Visit oromiq.com/signup and choose whether you are a consultant or a provider. The signup wizard takes you through six steps: account type, organisation details, contact information, email verification, plan selection, and payment. The whole process takes under five minutes.

How do I set up my portfolio?

After your first login, go to Settings then Portfolio. Use the search bar to find your registered locations by name, postcode, or provider ID. Select the locations you want to monitor and click Add to Portfolio. Your watchlist, dashboards, and benchmarks are built automatically once locations are added.

Confidence scores indicate how likely a location's current rating is to be maintained at the next inspection. They are calculated using multiple factors including rating history, domain trends, time since last inspection, manager stability, and regional benchmarks. A high confidence score means the data suggests the location is performing consistently.

Go to Settings then Team. Click Invite User, enter their email address and choose their role (Admin or User). They will receive an email invitation with a link to create their account. Invitations expire after 7 days.

I can't log in. What should I do?

First check that you are using the correct portal. Consultants log in at the consultant app URL and providers at the provider app URL. If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot Password on the login page to receive a reset link by email. If you have MFA enabled and have lost access to your authenticator, contact support to reset your MFA.

How do I create an assessment in Align?

From the Align dashboard, click New Assessment. Select the provider and location, choose the planned assessment date, and an appropriate framework will be generated automatically. Once created, the assessment appears in your list with an Assigned status. Click Start Assessment to begin scoring.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings then Billing and click Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days in case you decide to resubscribe.

Industry Insights gives you market-level analytics across all 15,000+ indexed locations. You can filter by region, service type, and rating. Benchmarks show how your portfolio compares to regional averages, local area averages, and national figures.

The Recent Changes Feed is a premium add-on that shows you a live stream of regulatory changes across your portfolio and the wider market. This includes new inspection reports, rating changes, manager registrations and deregistrations, and other regulatory events. Changes are detected within 24 hours.

Can I publish assessment reports to providers?

If the provider is also on OroMiQ, you can publish your assessment report directly to their account. The provider will see the report in their dashboard and can track the recommendations over time. This creates a shared view of quality and a clear record of what was assessed.
